desert/afternoon snack/time to wake up!
- coffee
- 2 warm chocolate chip cookies thanks to my motherrrr (and the microwave. remember back in the day when we didn’t have one? sad times)
- coffee yogurt (frozen, cause that’s how i like it)
I have this nasty headache which I’m thinking may be a result of lack of coffee. So here it is. And if that wasn’t the issue? Well, here it is anyways!
I’m restarting the photos-of-food deal because my food habits have been out of controllll. I was back up to my seriously-bad-weight for a few days, but now I’m back down to my just-pretty-bad weight.
I was really craving fruit this morning so voila: a huuuge grapefruit, plus a banana, an orange, and a pot of tea:-)

Despite all I know about the nasty side effects, plus what this article says, I’m still always seriously tempted by doing the lemonade diet, or something like it. To kick-start a diet, more than to detoxify or whatever.

so here’s my after-after-after dinner stress food of the night (the only reason there isn’t more is that i’m too lazy to get back up from my bed and eat more pizza. god bless laziness).
funny story? it’s not like my pile of carbs was any good, or satisfying. just shit to put in my mouth, and my stomach. and on my stomach. and on my thighs and hips and back and everywhere else I don’t want it
and for desert, delicious home-made ice cream cake (well pie really, but anyways did you know that was even possible?) the picture sucks but it was a graham cracker crust w two layers of ice cream and a chocolate topping and almonds and deliciousness galore. mmm
annie’s mac and cheese - I ate about half that lil bowl while waiting for my real food…

lunch: apple and peanut butter sandwich (yes it’s good, truly, crunchy and yummy!), plus more apples (just the rest of the apple that wouldn’t fit in the sandwich). plus coffeeee
sorry for all the cellphone photos that follow. you don’t actually have to look at them (seeing as there isn’t, well, really much to see). it’s just awkward to publicly be taking pictures of everything you eat, it makes you seem kinda neurotic. or something.
